Q
How many people can the vehicles seat and sleep?
A
There is seating with seatbelts for 5 people. There are two beds to fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 small children.

Do you deliver?
A
No sorry, we need to go through paperwork and booking on our system. We also need to show you through the workings of the campervan so require space.
Q
Can I take my pet?
A
Yes our campervan Connie is now pet friendly but we would need to charge an additional charge which is refundable on return of vehcile showing a deep clean has been completed.

Is there a minimum hire period?
A
Yes we have a minimum 3 night hire period.
Q
How old are the campervans?
A
Connie is a ‘70 plate and Valarie is a ’69 plate.

How do I make a booking?
A

Where do I collect the campervan?
A
You can collect the vehicle from our premises at Unit 4, 5c Business Centre, Concorde Drive, Clevedon, North-Somerset. BS21 6UH

Where can I leave my car?
A
You may leave your vehicle at our premises. We have security cameras but please beware the vehicle is left at the customers on risk and will not be covered under our insurance.

What works on the Gas bottle?
A
The gas bottle is for the cooker hob only.
This may require changing at a licenced camper shop should the gas run out.

What benefits ae there to using the hook up at a campsite?
A
Using campsite electric hook up will save on battery power on the leisure battery and won't need to keep running the vehicle to recharge.

Do I have to stay at campsites?
A
We would recommend for your safety that you book in campsites but not essential.
Q
What electrical supply and how does it work?
A
We have a lesiure battery which supplies electric for the lights and usb sockets. There are two main plug sockets but these require mains hook up.

Is there a milage restriction and will there be a charge for going over?
A
We do have a mileage limit. Mileage limited too 3000 miles per week of hire (pro-rata), thereafter 50p per mile shall be charged.

Is there a speed restriction on the vehicle?
A
Due to the safety concerns the Vehicle is fitted with a tracker and shall be speed limited to 75mph.

Is there a minimum and maximum age limit for hiring the vehicles?
A
Due to our insurance, we do not allow anyone to operate the Vehicle if under the age of 23 years or over the age of 75 years.

Is there a toilet included in the vehicle?
A
You can hire a compact toilet at an additional charge which comes with all chemicals required.

Is the deposit refundable?

Q
What if I want to change my booking date?
A
All deposits are transferable to a new date if booked changes are before 8 weeks prior to original booking.

Will I be shown how to use all the campervan equipment?
A
Yes, when you come to collect the campervan, we will give you a full demonstration of how to use all equipment and we will also send you a video for when you are away in case you need a refresh.

How many beds are there?
A
There are two beds. The rear seat turns into a bed and there is a roof bed which can take up to 250kg.

Do you supply child car seat(s)?
A
We ask for customers to supply their own child car seats which are safe to use. We have 2 seats in the rear which have issofix points for that extra security which you can use if your seat has fixings.

Is crockery and kitchen utensils included?

Inventory of items
Dinner plates, side plates, bowls, mugs (6 of each)
Glasses – tall, short, and wine (4 of each)
Cutlery – knives, forks, dessert spoons and teaspoons (6 of each)
1 Can opener
2 Saucepans
1 Frying pan
Knives - chef cooking knife, serrated edge multipurpose knife, and small Pairing utility knife (1 of each)
4 Egg Cups
Chopping Boards (coloured) x3
Utensils – Slotted spatula (fryer), slotted spoon, serving spoon, whisk, peeler, Scissors, Wide slotted server, and grater (1 of each per campervan)

Who do I contact if there is a problem while I am away?
A
During your rental is you require need to contact us we are available during office hours on 01275 874578. In an emergency we are available out of hours on 07747887747.
